4. Work Sign-Off & Administration:
- Clearance received
- References received
- Expiry dates entered into the system
- File check and sign-off by the manager
5. Induction:
- Classroom training
- Online modules
- Health & Safety (H&S) induction
- Clinical competence check
6. Ongoing Compliance, Monitoring & Review:
- Monthly database checks (DBS clearance, OH clearance, Visa checks, Training)
- Annual checks (DBS, References)
- Quarterly supervision & annual appraisal
- Quality assurances
