Our expanding Supported Living Service aims to aid individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviors, and complex needs in achieving increased autonomy and independence. Each individual within our Supported Living service will have a personalized and unique support plan tailored to their needs, in addition to their tenancy. This plan facilitates their active and fulfilling engagement within the local community. Support levels range from minimal assistance to high levels of support for individuals with complex needs, which may entail one-on-one or more intensive support. Every support package is individually crafted and centered around the person's requirements.
